Zachary Boyd - Founder and President
Zack was born and raised in WNC and has lived here for the entirety of his life. He started in the benefits world straight out of a high school with a career with Aflac. While working for Aflac he was one of the top producers in his district for 3 years straight. In 2017 and 2018 he was one of the top 5 associates in the state for both Account opener and business written. He takes pride in being able to help and assist others with their personal and business insurance and benefit needs.
Zack spends much of his free time volunteering in local sports associations. His parents have run a local youth football organization for 15+ years in which he has volunteered, run the press box, and coached. He continues to work at T.C Roberson as a football and softball coach for the high school.
Zack's vision for Elite Benefits is to build a working relationship with local business owners while assisting them in taking their businesses to the next level. Will Mercer - Benefit Advisor
Service really is his life. Will has been involved in pastoral ministry for the past 8 years and currently volunteers at his local church, summer camps and local disaster relief organizations: whatever he can do to make a difference in the lives of those around him, he's all in. There's nothing he enjoys more than sitting down, hashing out details and helping people become better and go further.

Artis Gilmore - Benefit Advisor
Artis was born and raised in the Asheville area and has always wanted to help his community grow. Currently involved at his local high school, TC Roberson, as a coach, he loves helping others and pushing them to get the best out of everything they do in life. He also plays sports the collegiate level at Lenoir-Rhyne University and has always been a team player and wants to bring that same energy and spirit to Elite Benefits and to your business!
